A belated “Gobble-Gobble Day” to you all. I hope you had a great day and that now you’re all enthused to go out and tackle the holiday season.
Things have been popping here at the studio. My birthday party with the Tarot Reader was a huge success. Thanks for sharing the day with me. Lots of new things have been coming in, such as more delectables from Bella Cucina, the Porcini Mushrooms are absolutely delicious over some pasta, and the Chocolate Sauce is great over anything, (me being the chocolate lover that I am). The closures and buttons from Moving Mud are here and are very popular. As are the Rosewood crochet hooks. If you time it right, you’ll be able to sample my latest batch of cookies, currently oatmeal-raisin-walnut. (I’m having trouble staying away from them.)
Lots of Noro in many forms have come in, as have scrumptious plain or prebeaded silks from Tilli Tomas. You still have time to knit one their fabulous silk bags or totes as the base. Coming in are more yarns from Malabrigo, and the topper is the trunk show arriving later this week from Great Adirondack Yarns. They will be including their new yarns as well, and oh, the colors!
Ellen, a Super-Knitter, has joined us on the weekends, as has Dee Dee. (Turns out they know each other from childhood.) They are great with patterns, sizing and shaping. So come on in for help, or to shop. All are welcome.
Uh-oh, another senior moment! We’re open new longer hours, at your request. So….Tues 10-8; Wed-Fri 10-6; Sat 11:30-5:00 and Sunday, through December, 12-5.
See you soon!
